Nextpool completes two acquisitions since the beginning of 2016

In January 2016, Nextpool acquired Sokool, the third largest player in the French pool enclosure market, generating €12m turnover in 2015. Through this acquisition, Nextpool diversifies its product offering and distribution networks, thanks to Sokool’s direct distribution strategy.
In February 2016, Nextpool completed a second build-up with the pool shutters specialist Hydra Système, located near Le Mans. Hydra Système realized €4m turnover in 2015, offering a complementary range of products and employing twenty people.

Latour Capital II reaches €300m hard cap

Latour Capital II is more than two and a half times the size of Latour Capital I, raised in 2012, and was largely over subscribed. Latour Capital II received commitments from about 25 investors, and was strongly supported by existing investors. Latour Capital II also attracted significant interest from a number of new long-term investors.

Latour Capital acquires Syclef

Concurrently with the completion of the fundraising for its latest investment vehicle of €300m, Latour Capital II made its first investment by acquiring a majority stake in Syclef alongside management and the Company's founders. This investment will enable Syclef to accelerate its development, notably through acquisitions in new markets.

Latour Capital sells its stake in Multiposting

Latour Capital announces the completion of the disposal of Multiposting, French pioneer of online job offers, to SAP, the fourth Global Software editor. SAP acquires all the stakes of Latour Capital (56%), Kernel Investments, holding of Pierre Kosciusko Morizet and Pierre Krings (21%) and the two founders Gautier Machelon and Stéphane Le Viet (23%). Both entrepreneurs had opened the equity in 2012, on the occasion of a MBO operation.

Latour Capital sells Proxiserve to the Management team and reinvests in the Company

Concurrently with the completion of the fundraising for its latest investment vehicle of €300m, Latour Capital announces that the Management of Proxiserve, a portfolio company since late 2011, has taken control of the Company over the summer of 2015 and has welcomed a new financial co-investor.
